This session will introduce the concept of Grandslam Performance as a performance mindset and volunteer service as a talent development platform. It will also present the ROI of this mindset and platform as it relates to enabling and accelerating the performance of the workforce, workplace, and marketplace.

Learning Objectives:
  • Participants will learn the implications of balancing the why, the what, and the how to their performance.
  • Participants will learn how to leverage volunteer service as an enabler and accelerator of their performance.
  • Participants will learn the ROI of targeted volunteer service to the bottom line performance of their organization.

Dr. Adam Arroyos  is the President and CEO of Grandslam Performance Associates, LLC. He is a visionary leader with a proven track record of success in helping people and organizations maximize their potential and elevate their performance. He has a broad base of experience that includes senior leadership positions in private, public, and non-profit organizations. During these successful tenures, he has launched practices and managed teams and large scale initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, talent and leadership development, public relations and reputation management, and organizational development.
