The 2023 NOARK Wage and Benefits Survey study represents a diverse group of industries within the agricultural, construction, education, finance, government, health, insurance, manufacturing, retail, services, transportation, utilities and wholesale arena. It incorporates more than 150 job listings within accounting, administrative, banking, engineering, finance, food services, healthcare, human resources, information systems, manufacturing, marketing, payroll, production, sales, skilled and transportation.

The benefit portion of the study captures a wealth of data including the current offerings of health, dental, vision, life, disability, supplemental, retirement, flexible spending, health & productivity, sick leave, holiday, personal time, vacation, education incentives, retention incentives, etc.

The annual survey, now in its 32st consecutive year, offers valuable statistics in the areas of compensation and benefits. The NOARK survey absorbed the former Arkansas Compensation Association survey.  Jer HR Group is providing consulting services for NOARK this year in order to provide a user-friendly online data collection system and a useful survey outcomes report.

Human Resource professionals in 250+ Arkansas businesses were invited to participate in this year's survey. Over 175 jobs are included, along with bonus & commission plans, compensation ranges, and a wide variety of benefit and policy programs.
