It's been a busy week at the Department of Labor. DOL-VETS published a Notice for Proposed Rulemaking (NPR) identifying changes they'd like to make to the VETS-100A form including:
- Elimination of the VETS-100 form
- Renaming the VETS-100A form the VETS-4212 form
- Using the same veteran classification terms as defined in the new OFCCP VEVRAA regulation
- Additionally, the OFCCP updated its website to include new FAQ's on the VEVRAA and Section 503 rules that go into effect on March 24th.
