16th Day of 89th General Assembly—Fiscal Session

 TODAY AT THE CAPITOL

The Senate will convene at 1:00 p.m.

 The House will convene at 1:30 p.m.

 

 At the top of the House calendar of bills to be considered are HB 1150 and SB 111, the identical versions of the Department of Human Services-Division of Medical Services appropriation bills that contain the Private Option. SB 111 passed the Senate last week, but failed in the House on Friday by a vote of 71 to 18 with 7 not voting and 4 absent. HB 1150 failed in the House on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of last week. Seventy-five votes are required for passage.

 

 CANDIDATE FILING
