32nd Day of 89th General Assembly—Fiscal Session

FISCAL SESSION DONE

The legislature completed its work yesterday, essentially bringing the state’s third Fiscal Session to a close. The Senate will convene at 1 p.m. on March 19 and the House will convene at 1:30 p.m. on March 19 to complete Sine Die adjournment. The House is also expect to take a vote to determine if the members want to elect a Speaker for the 2015 session or push the election to after the General Election in November.
