You can use the map tool to see who your representatives are as they are based on where you live.  Then either call or email, calling is better to express your  thoughts on a given issue.  It doesn't have to be a long call, just be ready with your zip code and thoughts.  They record the number of calls for or against each    issue.  You can write letters as well, however, if an issue is getting ready to go through committee, it is important to get your thoughts in quickly.
