The Department of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is accepting applications for UAF
Finance Training Coordinator.
The UAF Finance Training Coordinator is responsible for managing, designing, developing,
coordinating, and conducting all training programs related to Finance and Procurement.
The UAF Finance Training Coordinator will conduct and facilitate training for students, faculty,
staff, and campus administrators. The UAF Finance Training Coordinator is also responsible for
developing and compiling training materials and advertising training events.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to
create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

- The formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in education, training, human resources or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least three years of training experience
- Demonstrated experience with, and knowledge of, adult learning principles and practices
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training in multiple formats (in-person, multimedia, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with training end-users of a large administrative system
- Four or more years of experience in developing and presenting training courses, preferably in a Higher Education environment
- Profciency in MS Offce
- Experience in working or training on Finance and Procurement topics
