· Know what to look for in a mentor,
· Prepare to be a mentor and/or start a mentoring program,
· Embrace behavioral styles as a key factor in mentoring success, and
· Champion the value of mentoring.

Judith Tavano and Sheila Moss are long-time members of NOARK, SHRM, and ARSHRM. Both have served on the boards of NOARK and ARSHRM. Sheila is the current president of NOARK and Chair of the 2021 ARSHRM State Conference. Judith heads up Workforce Readiness for NOARK with special emphasis on serving veterans and the currently serving Military community.
Judith and Sheila share a passion for helping organizations and individuals thrive and grow. Both certified HR professionals, Sheila holds an additional certification in Social Styles and Judith has a certificate from Gallup in Strengths Coaching.
