Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training is required as part of the Arkansas Drug Free Workplace and the Federal Department of Transportation. The course last approximately two hours and will cover the following topics.
- Supervisor responsibilities
- Identifying performance problems and crisis situations
- Recognizing problems
- Intervention and referral
- Protecting confidentiality
- Continued supervision
- Enabling and supervisor traps
- Proper documentation
Cost: $50 per attendee
Speaker: Keith Lawson, Director of Drug and Alcohol Testing and has been a part of the CourtHouse Concepts team since 2013. Keith maintains a client database of drug and alcohol collections and performs those collections at the main office located in Fayetteville as well as on-site locations across Arkansas. Keith also oversees collection scheduling and result reporting for testing performed through contract locations across the United States facilitating over 5,000 drug and alcohol tests per year.
In addition to his duties as Director of Drug and Alcohol Testing, Keith is also a Certified Breath Alcohol Technician Trainer and Professional Collector Trainer. He has also taught courses in basic drug testing collection, hair testing collection, rapid drug testing protocols and supervisor training.
Prior to becoming part of the CourtHouse Concepts team Keith worked as a certified law enforcement officer for over sixteen years and has held the rank of Sergeant at two different departments in Arkansas.
Keith and his wife of over sixteen years have one son who keeps them busy with extracurricular activities. Keith is a volunteer basketball and football coach as well as a member of the Greenland Elementary Parent Teacher Organization.
