In lieu of specific Regulatory Standards, OSHA has issued specific COVID-19 Guidance for workplaces to comply with. Human Resources Managers must be able to navigate through long lists of suggestions and advice on how to keep their workplaces safe while complying with OSHA requirements. This presentation is designed to help participants build their COVID-19 Prevention Programs at a time when OSHA is placing special emphasis on the virus by teaching the main points from OSHA’s Guidance, what OSHA’s focus is regarding the virus, and how to keep everyone in their workplace as safe as possible from the virus.
Participants in the Membership Meeting Program will be able to:
1. Understand the Basic Current COVID-19 Guidelines in Place from OSHA and the CDC and how Guidelines Differ from Standards
2. Draft a COVID-19 Prevention Program for their Business
3. Implement Basic COVID-19 Infection Prevention Measures for Safer Workplaces
