Job Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for personnel policies, recruiting, payroll, and safety for the Bella Vista Property Owners Association. Collaborates with management to ensure the organizational vision, mission, structures, processes and people are aligned with the Company’s overall strategy and direction. Will require independent judgment. Will work under the direct supervision of the General Counsel.

This position will have direct responsibilities for 0-3 employees.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and general knowledge of Power Point
  • Must be proficient with payroll processing software
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
