  • Prevent discriminatory outcomes when utilizing artificial intelligence for human resource functions.

Program speaker, Dr. Thomas Carnahan will present "AI in HR: What Employers Need to Know"  and the panel discussion "Ask Anything" with Neemah Esmaeilpour, house council with Arkansas Children's Hospital; Bill Cash, Regional EEOC Director, and Dr. Thomas Carnahan will open up discussion on AI, pay equity, and any other topic you want to know more about.
