SPEAKERS:

Mary C Moffatt- is a Member in the Knoxville office of Wimberly Lawson Wright Daves & Jones, PLLC, which she joined in 1994.  Prior to joining Wimberly Lawson, Mary was a partner in a law firm in Kingsport, Tennessee.  Her law practice includes Labor and Employment Law - Defense, Commercial and Business Law, and Litigation.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from East Tennessee State University and her law degree from Washington and Lee University.  Mary has served as a member on the Hearing Committee for the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility, Supreme Court of Tennessee, and currently serves on the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners' Investigatory Committee.  She has an AV Preeminent® Rating - which is the highest possible rating given by Martindale-Hubbell, the leading independent attorney rating entity - and she is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of Litigation/Labor & Employment.  She is a member of the Hamblen County Bar Association, a member of the Board of Directors of the Morristown Boys and Girls Club, and is also a Trustee of the Boys and Girls Club Foundation.  Mary has served as Municipal Judge for the City of Morristown, and is an approved Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator by the Tennessee Supreme Court.

Catherine Mattice-Founder/CEO, Civility Partners in 2008 as a result of working in a toxic environment, and has since served a huge array of clients with consulting, training and coaching services.

She’s written three books, one of which Ken Blanchard called, “the most comprehensive and valuable handbook on the topic” of workplace bullying.

Catherine’s also been cited in such media outlets as Forbes.com, Inc Magazine, Entrepreneur, and USA Today, and appeared as a guest on such venues as NPR and CNN.

Catherine is active in the International Association for Workplace Bullying & Harassment (IAWBH) and one of the four founding members of the National Workplace Bullying Coalition, a nonprofit organization focused on ending workplace bullying.

She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Communication, and taught communication courses at the college level for ten years.

Tim Keck- is an award-winning author, a top-rated speaker and one of America's premier leadership coaches.

Formerly, Tim was a career police officer and SWAT leader who rose through the ranks to Chief of Police. He testified before a Congressional committee, provided VIP protection to celebrities, and spearheaded a multi-national undercover investigation.

Tim’s unique life experiences led to an eclectic mix of expertise in both leadership and threat management. He has been quoted in publications from Newsweek to The New York Times, made several appearances on national television, and spoken at the Harvard Faculty Club.

In his previous career, Chief Keck’s work was recognized by several federal agencies including the Drug Enforcement Agency and Department of Homeland Security. The Department of Justice wrote “The FBI and the American people have been the beneficiaries of your professionalism and dedication to duty…” about his career-long efforts.
