Human Resources Director - City of Siloam Springs
Misty McGlothlin is the Human Resources Director for the City of Siloam Springs. In this role, Misty is responsible for administering city personnel policies and practices, and ensure adherence to personnel policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations. She provides for adequate and qualified personnel to meet current and future City employment needs through a variety of recruiting tools. She is also responsible for employee relations, benefit administration, and training management in areas of personnel practices and laws.
Misty has a bachelor’s degree in Business (focus Human Resources) and has earned her SHRM-CP. Misty has been an active member of NOARK since 2018.
