Darrin Coon is a business and HR strategist with experience in organizations from less than $100 million to more than $1 billion in annual operations. He has effectively advised leaders on hiring, compensations, performance management and conflict resolution. Darrin has a passion for the relationship between HR and business results. As an adjunct instructor at the University of Arkansas Global Campus, Darrin is known for his strategically oriented classes.
