SPEAKER:  Willam Ricky Teague, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

Rick Teague is a Human Resources Generalist with a Bachelor’s Degree (BBA) and Masters Degree (MA) in Business Administration. He has 35 years HRM experience working with three of Fortune 100s Most Admired Companies: McKesson, Nestle and Raytheon. Rick is also an Adjunct Professor for the University of Arkansas, College of Engineering and Global Campus.  He is the certification chair for the northwest Arkansas chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (NOARK), and a life member of SHRM. In April 2013, he launched a new human resources consulting firm for small to medium-size businesses known as TransAmericas Human Resources, LLC.
