The Human Resources Partner is a member of the service team that provides human resources services to the Division of Finance & Administration and other units on the Fayetteville campus. The service team is responsible for leading recruitment and retention efforts including advising and consulting with managers on the development and classification of positions, assisting in writing and editing job descriptions, implementing advertising plans and facilitating the candidate selection process. The service team will also manage onboarding and offboarding of all employees within the designated units and serve as the first contact for employees and supervisors regarding employee relations issues and interpretation and advice on HR policies and procedures. In addition, the service team will be responsible for coordinating the annual performance evaluation process for classified and non-classified positions. The position may also be responsible for managing time and leave reporting and payroll processes.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
* At least four years of Human Resources experience
Applicable equivalencies may be considered.
* At least one year of supervisory experience
