Job Summary

Key responsibilities of this role include:
•Gathering feedback from managers on open position needs/requirements and translating that in writing to create compelling job postings
•Managing requisition approval process to improve speed of approval
•Timely and effective offer management resulting in high levels of satisfaction of both candidates and hiring managers
•Managing the New Hire Onboarding process
•Assisting the HR Director in organizing and planning Recruiting outreach events such as university visits, job fairs, etc.
•Training hiring managers on how to effectively leverage our Applicant Tracking System for candidate review and candidate management

Key qualifications to be considered for this include:
•Strong writing skills
•Effective verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone
•Strong organizational skills to manage and achieve progress on multiple priorities simultaneously
•Ability to negotiate offers professionally and courteously
•Strong sense of urgency
•Strong customer service orientation
•Past experience utilitizing Applicant Tracking Systems highly desired
•High School Diploma/GED required
•Minimum of 1 year clerical experience
