The Human Resources Generalist Associate requires a broad knowledge of human resource functions and is responsible for performing basic to moderately complex HR related duties on a professional level while working closely with HR management.

The incumbent carries out responsibilities in multiple functional areas: affirmative action, benefits administration, communications, compensation, compliance, employee relations, employee services, employment law, immigration, onboarding, physical security, policy implementation and recruitment. This position has the authority to make informed decisions in the course of daily task completion.

Minimum Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (most commonly human resources, business or law) OR In lieu of degree, five (5) years of related experience in human resources, legal affairs/compliance, plan benefits or finance.
2. Three (3) years of progressive experience in a related HR support role. Related Master's degree may be used in lieu of one (1) year related HR support experience.
3.SHRM certification preferred; if not certified, should obtain within three (3) years in position.
