Objectives:

1. Build the case for meeting employees “where they are”.

2. Start with determining where you are/ought to be (as a manager, supervisor, team leader, HR professional).

3. Discover the many places they (your employees) are/may be; and why.

4. Explore tools and techniques that will help us all to work productively together.

Speaker Bio:  Sheila Moss is the owner of the consulting group Information Solutions Team.  She travels the nation each year presenting human resource related topics and providing training programs for corporations, financial and educational institutions, non-profit organizations and many more.  She is considered a subject matter expert in employment eligibility compliance and is widely known as the “I-9 Lady.”  Sheila has been a frequent speaker at the Arkansas Society for Human Resource Management (ARSHRM) conferences  as well as numerous other events nationwide. She has taught for the University of Arkansas Global Campus and worked in the banking industry.   In 2017, Sheila was named NOARK HR Professional of the year.  She is a 4th generation resident of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Speaker Bio:  Judith Tavano is the founder of TRAINIQUE, LLC, a boutique training firm specializing in the design, development, and delivery of education and training for organizations and their customers. Judith is currently working with the University of Arkansas Talent Development team, teaching both the aPHR and PHR/SPHR prep courses at NorthWest Arkansas Community College, and conducting workshops on generational diversity throughout the region. Judith’s past roles include former director of professional development at the University of Arkansas Global Campus and adjunct instructor in the human resource development program in the College of Education and Health Professions. In 2015, Judith was named NOARK HR Professional of the year. Judith holds the international designations of LERN-CPP, SHRM-SCP, and SPHR. She is a graduate of  Simmons College, Boston, MA, and the daughter of two extraordinary members of the Greatest Generation.
