Presented by Blair Johanson, Principle Partner and Co-Owner of two Fayetteville, AR based companies- Johanson Group and DB Squared, LLC.
Blair Johanson is a Principal Partner and Co-Owners of two Fayetteville, AR¬ based companies, Johanson Group, an HR/Management consulting firm and DB Squared, LLC, an HR/Compensation software company. Blair joined the family consulting business in 1999. Blair completed twenty years in health care human resources and hospital administration prior to joining the family consulting firm. Blair partnered with Dale Oliver to form DB Squared, LLC in 2005.
Blair has an HR and business management career approaching 40 years. He holds a degrees in Human Resources Management and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business. Bruce serves as board directors for several local non-profit organizations and is a member of the Fayetteville Downtown Rotary Club.
Blair has consulted with numerous organizations and companies located primarily in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kentucky and Tennessee. Johanson Group and DBSquared have clients located in over 30 states. Most of the Johanson Group clients have requested assistance with developing and maintaining job classification and compensation plans for their organizations. In addition, Johanson Group has worked with local SHRM chapters, state compensation and banking associations and organizations, representing various business sectors in the development and distribution of annual salary and benefit surveys.
