NOARK is currently seeking participation in completion of the Wage and Benefit survey.

Participants have from April 29th through May 24th to complete the survey.

The Wage and Benefit Survey study represents a diverse group of industries within the agricultural, construction, education, finance, government, health, insurance, manufacturing, retail, services, transportation, utilities and wholesale arena. It incorporates more than 150 job listings within accounting, administrative, banking, engineering, finance, food services, healthcare, human resources, information systems, manufacturing, marketing, payroll, production, sales, skilled and transportation.

The benefit portion of the study captures a wealth of data including the current offerings of health, dental, vision, life, disability, supplemental, retirement, flexible spending, health & productivity, sick leave, holiday, personal time, vacation, education incentives, retention incentives, etc.

The survey offers an understanding of the market conditions for wages and benefits in the northwest region of Arkansas.
