Dual Career Employment Network

The Dual Career Employment Network is cosponsored by the University of Arkansas and NOARK (Northwest Arkansas Human Resource Association). Link to DCEN online

The program is designed to be responsive to the needs of dual-career families relocating to Northwest Arkansas . It is available to partners of employees recently relocated or candidates being actively recruited by participating companies and organizations. This service is free to all NOARK members.

The Dual Career Employment Network consists of over 100 employers in Northwest Arkansas . The program's goal is to inform the community of the availability of talented professionals as well as inform the relocating partners of employment opportunities. Partners have access to the Dual Career Employment Network for a one-year period.

The Dual Career Employment Network will make every effort to provide available employment information to individuals who qualify for assistance. However, the Dual Career Employment Network does not guarantee employment for partners of new personnel.
