NOARK Mission:
Our mission, as an organization, is to provide an avenue for the advancement of Human Resource Management in Northwestern Arkansas. To that end, we are dedicated to offering our members opportunities and resources to improve their ability to perform in the field of human resources, as well as a collective voice in the industry, the community, and-through our affiliation with the Society for Human Resource Management- the nation. NOARK is an organization of over 300 Human Resource professionals in Northwest Arkansas who meet monthly, in addition, we have informative HR-Related Programs and networking opportunities. We compile the annual NWA Compensation & Benefits Survey and coordinate the NW Arkansas Dual Career Employment Network (DCEN). In addition, there are several NOARK Committees who work with our members in the profession in the areas of Legislative, Workforce Readiness, Diversity and Professional Development. NOARK also sponsor a Student Chapter at the University of Arkansas.

Program/Event Sponsorships
Solicitation of sponsorships may be appropriate to support special programs and events that support professional development of our members. The program/project coordinator or committee for the approved event is responsible for any sponsor solicitations. Any additional proceeds will be placed in the general budget and a determination of how to disburse those funds will be made by the NOARK Board of Directors. NOARK Board of Directors has final approval on any sponsorship requests. NOARK Board of Directors reserves the right to accept multiple sponsors for monthly membership presentations. |
