How has Employer Provided Education Assistance (Section 127) helped you?

Without action, tax-free employer education assistance will end on December 31st. Tell Congress why Section 127 is important to YOU!
Perhaps you have been able to fulfill a lifelong educational dream, earn a promotion, or become a more productive member of the workforce. As an employer, perhaps your workplace has been enhanced by more highly skilled workers or your assistance has improved employee moral.
We want to hear your story! Create a 5 minute video about how Employer Provided Education Assistance has impacted you, your workforce or your organization. SHRM will use these videos to educate Members of Congress, the employer community, and the public about the importance of Employer Provided Education Assistance!
SHRM will select the THREE best videos submitted, and the creator of EACH winning video will receive an Apple iPad.
