Dual Career Employment Network (DCEN)
The Dual Career Employment Network (DCEN) is a free resource and referral service designed to be responsive to the employment needs of dual-career families relocating to Northwest Arkansas. The program, established in 1993, is co-sponsored by the University of Arkansas and NOARK Human Resources Association, the Northwest Arkansas chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management.
Employers who are members of NOARK may refer family members of individuals who have relocated to Northwest Arkansas to the DCEN for assistance in finding employment opportunities.
The Dual Career Employment Network (DCEN) is also a free recruitment source for area employers. There are no contracts, fees or relocation costs involved in hiring individuals referred to the DCEN.
Each person listed on the DCEN website is currently seeking employment opportunities in our area and has legal authorization to work in the United States. They are ready to get to work!
