What does your organization’s vision tell you about the strategic value of diversity and inclusion in your organization?  The answer to this question is your guide to sustainable success in the 21st century.  Do you now, or do you have a plan for, staffing, promoting and retiring-out that has given any thought to the ultimate diversity of your organization and the strategic impact of that outcome? Millennials are the most diverse generation this country has ever seen. Their expectation is that the organizations they join will mirror their diversity and promote and sustain inclusion as a business imperative.  Are you ready?

As a result of this class, business savvy HR professionals will be better able to:

  • Use organizational vision as a guide for building D & I strategy.
  • Communicate the importance of D & I throughout the organization as a strategic imperative.
  • Leverage difference to make a difference in their organizations, their communities and the world.
