  2. To discuss why wellness programs have received a bad reputation recently.
  3. To lay out the important components to formulating your corporate program that will work to overcome the health benefit challenge today.

 

Speaker:  Scott Conard, M.D.

 

Dr. Conard is a Family Medicine physician practicing in Dallas, Texas.  He also served as an Associate Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Dallas for 21 years after obtaining his medical degree from the University of South Florida in 1986 and completed residency programs at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and St. Paul University Hospital in Dallas, Texas in 1989.  His clinical practice has spanned multiple settings of direct patient care as an independent practitioner and as Chief Medical and Strategy Officer for a multi-specialty integrated delivery network of 510 providers in three states.  He has also published five books, hosted radio and television shows, presented over 1,000 key note and educational programs, and acted as a principle investigator in 63 clinical trials.  His continued focus is on individual well-being.   His life’s mission is to add years to your life and life to your years by empowering you to take control of your health.
