"Advocacy in Action"-PART II

Purpose: This event is designed to educate attendees about the legislative process and how they can be more involved.  It will teach participants how something goes from being an idea to a bill to a law.  Participants will interact with legislators and make key contacts for both themselves and for the organizations they represent.  Legislators will meet constituents and make acquaintance with knowledgeable individuals who can assist them as they work towards enacting laws that affect us all.
