Speaker--Don Everett

 

Don Everett (www.linkedin.com/in/donbeverett/) is the founder and CEO of Workforce Interactive. After a 20+ year career in the technology sector with organizations like Oracle, and subsidiaries of Dun & Bradstreet and SAP, he formed his company in 2006 with the intent of providing employers with unprecedented insight regarding human capital analysis.

Don is certified on the Hartman-Kinsel Value Profile, an instrument based on Nobel Prize-nominated Dr. Robert Hartman's work in Values Science. He has also earned certification for working with author Dr. Robert Smith’s patented technology that uniquely factors values of management teams. His organization has tested an estimated 300,000 examinees spanning companies of all sizes across several industries. He has performed dozens of analyses correlating human values to workplace performance.

In 2010, he released a white paper entitled Correlating Human Values to Operating Performance; which was the first of its kind in his discipline.
