Each year, NOARK recognizes a few people for their outstanding achievements in the HR field. The awards are presented at the December year end celebration.

HR Professional of the Year

The purpose of the award is to recognize an individual that has shown outstanding service and has promoted the profession of Human Resources Management. Nominations will be accepted from any source; however the nominated individual must be a NOARK member.  This nominee will also be NOARK's official nominee for the ARSHRM Professional of the Year Award.
